Do not support them! They have no respect for other road users. Had to experience TWO of their vehicles next to each other racing in traffic down Cantonment av. Pedestrians waiting to cross including myself had to jump to the fence of the HOMES just to get some distance from the road. People live in Centurion, you CANNOT race with engines (and tires) screeming at full speed through a busy neighborhood. You belong in jail, SA is lawless but we can still consider other people. Next time YOU cause an accident remember that you are reckless and irresponsible humans and take full responsibility for what you did. Think is was the 26th of May 2021 at just after 17:00 or maybe closer to 18h00, but it is unacceptable.

I am not happy with First Help. I was involved in an accident on Saturday the 10th April 2021. I do not have insurance, the person who caused the accident is insured with Outsurance. The driver mislead me that the car must be towed together with the other car as they are supposed to assessed together by the insurance. When I called Outsurance on Thursday the 15th October I was told the driver gave me false information and they do not cover towing. Now when I called the storage I was told I need to pay R12K for storage of which I do not have. I am frustrated, I feel the driver took advantage of my shock and vulnerability.

Road assistance from first help they are not professional at all, they mislead accident victims because they want to receive R1500 and the client gets to pay 10k the following day. I had an accident at my gate and they lied that l have to tow the car for insurance evaluation and they were lying. Never allow them to tow your car at the seen

When i told one of their drivers under no circumstances should I be towed he tried to convince me my car was undrivable and intimidate me into getting my car towed. Made me feel very uncomfortable in a already uncomfortable situation.

Bunch of croocks, first they dissapear with our bike after arranging in front off witnesses to take the bike to our house for a fee.Then we have to find out they took the bike to the jard.When asking them to take it to our house like arranged on the scene they quoted us R 10 000.00I would not recommend any one to use their service.I would rather leave my vechile next to the road than use their service.Worst service ever

This is for the pretoria guys, one if your drivers this morning cut me off on the Zambezi drive, nearly resulting in an accident. I try and call the management, but there is no way to talk to anyone responsible in the company. UNFORTUNATELY I CANT GIVE YOU ZERO STARS. So one star only for the ROAD COWBOYS.

He was very professional and kept me calm for the whole period and my sure I was ok .He organize Also the ambulance to come as my son and I was still in shock . He spoke to our insurance and help us with necessary documentation etc. He also make sure that my vehicle was delivered to our panel beater and was also transported us safely home.
