Ordered a product online. The website indicated that delivery will take place in 7-12 days. Tried to follow up on the 12th day, but received no response. When I called, I was told that they cannot get the product, and I will receive a refund in a few days. No reason it should take 12 days to realise that they can no longer order a product from their supplier.When I told Hendrik that Ill be writing this review, he asked me how old I was, and told me I was old enough to know that no one cares what online reviews say about businesses.

Absolutely amazing service.. Hendrik went out of his way to assist with a new pool cleaner when mine stopped working. I would definitely use and recommend his business going forward

This is the most unproffesional and useless online business that I have ever experience in my life. It franchise holder Hendrik visit my place to to work out estimates for pipes and bends on a koi pond control box. He promise to let me know the quantity and prices. I told him I need the stuff urgently. I even send him a whattsup to confirm. After two days he dont comply. I phone him after two days and he promise to phone me back. That aftenoon I phone him again and he told me he are at people he visit and dont want to be desturb. The next day I phone again and he told me he have to much work to help me. He even confirm it in a late message on whattsup. He wasted my time for 4 days to give me prices. I will never use Swemgat again or recommend it to other customers. I cant believe that he still doing business with that attitude

Sharing personal info without the written permission of a person is against the Law. How is breaking the Law improving bad service to that client and others? I would not recommend people to use such a company!!!! Thanks for sharing the peoples info - even though it is illegal. Now we can contact them personally to have 1st hand knowledge to make informed decisions whether your service is worth sharing our information.

When you provide poor service you have no need to place a complainants personal information. This is a contravention of the popi act and I would suggest that Mr Helberg take legal action against you. Furthermore I refuse to do any business with you and will discredit your business on every platform.

Cant believe the business is still going on. Hendrik did a very poor job for us years ago and never paid us back our money.

Swimming hole put in solar panels for my years back.My pool did not get hotter.Recently the panels fell off the roof but still I had no leaks in the pipes.All it can mean is that they never connected the panels to the pipes. If this is true they are cunning.originally their service was incredibly poor and I had to threaten to get them to finish my work.Be careful please.
