Unit 69s roof collapsed and the household contents was damaged due to poor building workmanship. Storage Genie has refused to cover any of the furniture and mattresses of 2 pensioners moving from Natal to a Frail Care Facility to be near their children. Be aware the facility is not built to SA Building Standard.
