The spa is a perfect escape from the busy day to day life. I really didnt want to come back. From the moment I set my foot in Bakwena spa I knew I was in paradise. The environment, the lovely staff, the treatments and the facilities get 100% From me. The only concern I had was pre packaged lunch. But everything was on point, the snacks and drinks. Wow thank you Bakwena Spa. I will definitely visit again in 2021.

It was the most wonderful experience ever. Every person working at Bakwena Spa gives 200%. The ladies hands are like healing hands, everything is so meticulous, well planned, hygienic and its the best gift you can give yourself. I saw couples, they connected in a special way. A great gift for a girls day out, men catching up, teen b- days, bride to be. I would go there once a month if I really good. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The gardens, fountains, Chakra walkway...... I can write forever. Who knows? I might book a night spa and sleep over at Bakwena Hotel!!!!

This spa is amazing. The staff is great and welcoming. The treatments are affordable and enjoyable. They like having specials during Valentines day, Mother and Fathers day and also Winter and Christmas specials. They also offer breakfast and lunch and their lunch was fantastic. You wont regret going.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only people there. The buffet was very good as was the champagne. Later on we were also surprised with a snack platter and complimentary drinks. Captain my Captain.Getting spoiled was amazing. The Therapists are very efficient and friendly. I was so relaxed that i actually fell asleep on 2 occasions.If you want to have an extremely nice day, this is the place to go to. I would highly recommend Bakwena Spa.

Its OK. We did the half day spa, afternoon session. All-in-all it was a border line experience, it was not bad nor was it good.The food wasnt great either, we had the beef lagsange. They could do alot more to improve.

From reception to farewell, they go out of their way to make sure you feel properly relaxed and pampered! Facilities are clean, comfortable and worth every cent paid. My favourite spa. My girlfriend booked us spa days here a few times and I love this place. The treatments are always very good and the staff are so welcoming. They treat you like celebrities. Lol. The food is also very good and its a buffet so be careful not too eat too much before going for your fully body massage... The venue is absolutely stunning. It is very elegant and tranquil. Its just a very relaxing place to be. I could stay there for days. They also have a new foot path with various stones and sands that you walk through before your foot massage which I found quite neat. And lets not forget the free drinks. Nothing better than a cold one while relaxing. My spa of choice.

Great place to be. Very peaceful, beautiful and quite secluded from distractions.The staff are very friendly, easy to communicate to. If you dont like something you can tell them.Full day spa was great, breakfast is served and lunch and some snacks later on in the day. For those of us who like champagne you can ask for it through out the day if you want. Sober drinks are available too.If you want a calm peaceful day. I suggest you go during the week. Tuesday to Thursday. Weekends can be full and not so quiet.Parking is available.

The food was decent. My partners therapist was good. Mine was not too great. The hot stone massage was more just hot stones being left on your back for 20 minutes with not much else going on. I wouldnt recommend the special if you have a 50/50 chance of getting an average massage therapist. You should be getting what you paid for.

Beautiful... only issue was we booked on a day where there were large groups. We could not get food. Every time we went for food, it was finished. They could have made enough knowing that large groups were coming. Enjoyed the massages though.

Was half good half horrible. Maybe get better trained staff and I would go back. The feeling of a toddler yanking at your hair is not great and even though it is a spa, there is a certain level of privacy that needs to be kept and some places not to be touched.

Spent a full day at bakwena spa. Was my first ever experience, really enjoyed the scrub and the leg massage. Neck, shoulder and head massage was decent. Was disappointed in the full hot stone body massage, firstly I did not like the masseuse, she did not understand what soft meant, secondly I would have hoped that the hot stones would last as long as she took to massage my legs and arms. It felt like the hot stones were only used for less than 5 minutes and I was looking forward to the hot stones how disappointing. Food was a 5/10. Drinks 6/10. Also when its relaxation time the staff should at least tell us as we could have wasted our time if we didnt go to the front desk and inquire.

It not being my first visit I expected the same service as before.It was disappointing. Barely any variety of drink available to choose from be it soft drinks or otherwise.The water that flows there smelled like sewage. The therapist schedule seems to be poorly organized.
