After using other recruitment software packages I can whole heartedly say this system is a joke. The amount of repition that is needed to load documents is unprecedented!Just because they have been around a long time doesnt make them great, its just that the old fogies keep buying this package because its what they know.The programming in the back ground is done by a school kid. Please do suprise me with a better version this time around and not a simple colour scheme swap.

Worst possible system as far as candidates are concerned. Very soul destroying to just have to data capture your details onto this system on endless recruitment agency sites and then never receive any response whatsoever. Very convenient for recruiters I am sure, but a terrible experience for candidates.
