I needed to in add another dispensing computer in our pharmacy, and for 2 weeks no one was communicating with me unless I call. And I was told the call was logged with tech team until I called them 3 days later to find out that they didnt even know about my request. Worse part is that they cant even confirm when will a technician be coming to the pharmacy. So I wait, while my clients suffer in the progress😡😡
