I am shocked at the manner in which Lesogo at the Aldo in centurion handled my query. He was rude no etiquette whatsoever and zero care to Aldo. I paid for a bag which was meant to be brought from Sandton by Wednesday, its Thursday and I phoned to follow up, he tells me to wait till Im phoned and he doesnt know when it will come. So I can keep calling the store to check. I can honestly just go and get a bag from another store actually and they can refund me.
