I have been dealing with Margot at the Elna Centurion branch for more than 4 years. In this time I have admired her professionalism, friendeliness and manner she addresses her clientele.Nothing is never too much for her and she bends backwards to assist even though she is sometimes busy presenting training.I have found in the past that other staff would sit infront of the computer (playing games) and Margot has to jump up even though she is busy with training.Margot is a jewel but her worth is not appreciated by management.

What an awesome experience I had today when I took my more than 40 year old Elna machine to the shop. Margot kindly welcomed me and patiently checked the machine and kept going until the machine was stitching perfectly.
