Parrots is always a great place to meet and have lunch , the staff are always friendly and there service is great . They have a large menu and can cater for everyone

I have been to Parrots 2 times so far and the service and food never disappoint. The restaurant is inside Centurion Mall and easy to find, it has a trendy feel to the decor and seems to be a hit with families. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always good, fresh ingredients and great portions. The prices are fair and you get a lot of bang your buck with the portions.If you decide to sit outside please note its facing the river and sometimes the stench does permeate but nothing too awful to ruin the experience.

Very trendy place to be at with a delicious menu that really makes it incredibly hard to choose. You will find something whether you love seafood, salads or meat. The presentation is beautiful and you feast with your eyes even before you start eating. The staff is professional, attentive and energetic. A great place to relax, cay h up, celebrate or just be by yourself. The only downside was that they didnt have some of the dessert that was on the menu not because it was out of season but because it wasnt stocked. Other than that it was a great experience to be there. Vibrant energy all the time.

Parrots Centurion Mall has really disappointed us as a family this evening. After a long day we wanted to settle down to a lovely family meal before returning home. One great point to mention is the waiter Leah and she gave us great service. Although the starters reached us after 20 minutes and cold; we enjoyed it nonetheless however, when the main meal arrived 40 minutes later, we were completely appalled. We requested the burgers to be well done and the steak to be medium rare. This was completely opposite, burgers were medium well and the steak medium rare according to Derek the Manager who eventually came to argue at the table. We showed him that there was a plastic hair in the one burger and he told us it was a part of the garnish, micro greens, clearly when asking him if micro greens have plastic stems, he maintained it was garnish. We politely advised that we are willing to pay for the meal in its entirety, he continued arguing, even with an Internationally Qualified Chef at our table. Although we paid for the starters and refreshments, the principal behind the matter was missed completely as we handled the situation professionally but did not receive any reciprocation. We were Parrots fans. We received great service at another branch. Centurion Mall Parrots, you have changed our minds completely. Regards. Bevon Butler

The place gets beautifully lit up during the evening and had a heater during the cold season. I loved the atmosphere and the spectacular service. Would definitely recommend and visit it when in PTA :)

I loved my experience here, waiter was good, informed us of all the specials. Food was really fresh and delicious. Huge variety on menu to choose from, sushi, sandwiches, burgers,pizza,pasta, grills, baskets...too much, will definitely be back to try more. Bill was not high and I had 2 cocktails,which was absolutely yum!

I must admit that approximately 3 weeks ago my family and I were there. An issue arose the manager addressed it. This time around I was there with a few friends. Staff were Ambassadorial food was excellent. I will make that my new breakfast / lunch place going forward. Thanks to management, Staff and Chefs

Today, we had a great waitress. She was very sweet and accommodating. The pizza was as good as we know it to be and the Master Weijing Roll was great too. Never seen shots served like this before and we’ve been here countless times but hey, who doesn’t like a cold shot?!

Ive been here twice and I loved it. Their menu has a lot to offer and the food is nice. I enjoyed one of their baskets with crumbed chicken strips and chicken wings; delicious👌🏾. They also serve generous portions of beef ribs for the meat eaters, which I also enjoyed with vegetables.

My pizza was good, my fiancé’s pasta was ice cold. The staff only cared about cleaning up from the second we walked in. All they did was make everyone feel very unwelcome. You will never see me again!

Delicious falafel, delicious chicken strips. Kids meals were tasty & served very quickly. Our waitress, Aurora, was friendly, attentive and service was excellent.

While the service at this restaurant was great, the food and drinks disappointed. We had sushi as a starter, which was a bit bland and sticky. Our main meals - a Mediterranean Salad and Garlic Snails - were quite good, but the Long Island Ice Teas had a strange, bitter aftertaste. We had coffee and shared a slice of chocolate cake for dessert, but the cake was old, dense and bone dry.

It has a lovely atmosphere and you can feel a nice breeze while sitting outside. Customer service is pleasant too. Its a pity they dont have restrooms inside the restaurant, you have to use the malls restrooms of which the up and down can be tiring.

When a place knows what the industry is about: Good food AND good service. Absolutely the best service Ive had in a long long while. Breakfast is fantastic any day.

Service terrible. Food quite tasty but wrong flavour chicken after waitress asked what flavour I was serviced spicy (which I cant eat) instead of lemon and herb. Had to ask twice Parmesan cheese with the pasta.

Great atmosphere, if you are seated inside of the restaurant. The food includes anything from platters, burgers and wraps to pasta and fillet. Together with this they have a good selection of cocktails and a birthday song if thats your thing.

If there was a 6th star, I would have clicked that too. Excellent service, tasteful food. Just love it.

Definitely would recommend this place anytime of the week the tables setting and everything about this place is amazing just know it all comes with a price😂

Friendly staff and really great food.Sat there almost until closing time (9pm) and our waiter were still friendly and helpful.Wont be able to finish a piece of cake by myself.Would definitely recommend their waffles.Their Crumbed mushrooms are definitely one of the best there is.

This morning we arrived to a malfunctioning sanitizer at the entrance, so we sanitised ourselves. No temperature checks and everyone just being let in. Ok, well, it is a big place, so well just sit in a corner distancing ourselves. Food and service was great as usual, but as the morning picked up they seated 3 tables back to back, no social distancing, ending back to back with our tables seat. We immediately cancelled our last coffee order and got up.This is usually a favourite for us, with good food, service and ambiance. But this morning I was really disappointed. The measures keeping us patrons safe was lacking.

Great experience with staff who take you through welcoming, sit down and give choices to choose from, food takes 15 minutes, they allow you to enjoy your meals while they check on you. I enjoyed my chicken as well.

Sadly after all the years supporting Parrots Centurion mall (even before they moved upstairs) I have now been turned away for good.There is a movable pull up sign that is erected outside the store referring to the pizza and pasta special. Ts and Cs apply to specials this is normal, however why put up the sign if the special doesnt apply. Poor business practice.The attitude of your manager is shocking.Wont be seeing me or my family again.

We visited Parrots Centurion yesterday. 2 of our Cappucinos were cold. Our breakfast took a long while to make, even though the restaurant was not busy! Our eggs were rubbery. I had to send back my 2nd cappucino. It appears we should stay away from Parrots; the service and food have really gone down! Every time we go it gets worse. Dissappointing because we love the place!
