Unprofessional and manipulative. Even though they were unprofessional, Louise was supportive in the beginning. But when it came down to taking an offer she become manipulative as well personal due to the company she was hiring for was someone she knew personally knew. They will consider the company before they consider you unlike Dante Personnel Recruitment.
