I sent an email 2 weeks before I moved in to state the number of things that need to be fixed before I moved in. I made a follow up and they said it was fixed. When I moved in nothing was fixed and it was in no condition for a person to move in. And I called to ask why it wasnt fixed the lady shouted at me and when I asked why she is shouting at me she hanged up on me.The other staff were nice but I had a bad experience on the day I moved in. The bad experience literally busted my bubbles as I was very excited to have my own place
