Ideal indoor venue to take kids for the day. Parents can enjoy a variety of food ranging from breakfast to baskets. I had the manager choice sandwich. Very tasty. R100 entrance for the kid only. Now I can look forward to take my kid for a play date.

The concept of this place is great, But overall was so disappointing. Hardly any covid protocol’s observed. There were adult men playing around in play pens and no one to even stop them,Toys are ridiculously filthy not cleaned or sanitized, the bathrooms were dirty and smelt really bad . The food was so disappointing! Chicken wings tasted like it was boiled then fried in old oil, chips had a funny color and smelt like of old oil.

My toddler and I attended a birthday party there a few weeks ago. The young women at the front desk were very lovely and welcoming. The place was clean and neat and the finger food was good. The waitress was also super nice! Theres plenty to do for the little ones from ‘pretend’ to ‘physical’ play. My daughter enjoyed herself. The place does feel safe, but you must always keep an eye on your child!Side note: I feel the place does need a bit of colour.

Really cool place for kids of all ages.Play areas setup for police station hospital etc. Huge slides with lots of climbing.Trampoline area as well. Food was also quite good, pizza was great with very crispy base and great tasting toppings. Delicious milkshakes too.My twins loved it even though they could not go on some of the activities.Only gripe was that most older kids were also not using any masks or face shields and my kids fell sick a 2 days later with both RSV and rino virus, this was their only outing from our house so this is probably where they picked it up given that its difficult to socially distance from other kids.

Both my kids, the eldest is 11 years old and the yonger is 6 years old, had an absolute blast at play Town, great entertainment for the kids and free wifi for the perants is a bonus. I also found that their food menus was great value for money as well as a wide variation of products foe both adults and kids, i can highly recommend Play Town.

My daughter loves this place. Its quite far away for us but we go there regularly. Food is also good and the service is great.

If the place are better managed they will do much better. We were invited to a party... no special tables .. must out our own tables together. If this place us managed better it can turn into a goldmine. Bottomless Beverages are priced well but menu prices are expensive.

Brilliant play park with excellent parking, good pretend play facilities and lovely jungle gyms for both young and older kiddies! We go at least once a month

Very nice place, friendly staff. I do not however like the setup of the play area. As a parent I need to run after my child the entire time since you cannot see them go everywhere. Also, the big jungle gym has an air gun that is crazy loud that scares the little ones so my boy won’t go play on it which limits the areas for him to play. I am not sure I will go again.

Good place to take kids, but their enforcement of wearing masks when youre not at your table is too lax with many parents waking around the play areas with no mask. The menu has lots of good options and the waiters are friendly and helpful.

A very nice place to hangout with kids with variety of entertainment, the fact that is indoor entertainment is a double bonus. The prices for the food is very reasonable as well.

This was a wonderful experience. Each little room has something for the children such as a fire station, doctor & dentist room, news report room etc. The food was yummy and the service was great. The children had so much fun. The only issue I had was that the attendants that are supposed to watch the children were sitting in a corner in one of the play rooms chatting. Also we paid for a 3-6 session but at 5 they started to pack everything up. My niece wanted to use a trolley from one of the rooms but the attendant said no as she was using it to pack up. I paid the full price for 3 hours and yet we were made feel rushed due to all the chairs being packed up around us pand the children were unable to use the facilities fully and thats not fair. The children were still drinking their water and milkshakes but the waiters were still keep trying to clear it up repeatedly. This wouldnt stop me from coming back but was just an observation.

For future investment, please consider more push motorbikes and push cars (As 3 of each is just not enough) An extra hose in the fire station, shoe box at tge trampoline, with a picture of shoes for the young ones to understand. For a next branch, consider making the walls of the play buildings lower, so its in proportion to their height, and adding kiddie size toilets vin the bathroom . I love the rolling Softplay... Very entertaining. Consider adding phone numbers on the wrist band, as crying kids takes a while to find their parents.

I made an booking for 12pm - 3pm on 1 May and paid it immediately.Then received the confirmation after a while to show the booking.Today when I got there they said no my booling is only for 3pm-6pm.My parents came from far to join us at the venue for a full filled birth day celebration.But I know i booked for 12pm-3pm as I will never bool later then that at all to get the kids out of the cold.I am very very upset as they only told me we are booked fully and they can not assist. That is thatI mean I paid the booling when made for 12pm-3pmHow can they move my booking to 3pm-6pm like they want without consulting me on it....Will not support them again. Will go to another place how will actually assist, and have client service...

A splendid day out for the kids... Very difficult to drag them out of there!!!Beware they not kidding when they say they not focused on the restaurant aspect. See untidily served cappuccino which would have tasted better had it been one of those sachet coffees. But in terms of their key function which is kids entertainment, full marks!!!

The entire setup was a world kids can enjoy, from make believe rooms with the cutest small world items my grandson was totally in a dreamworld the entry fee is so inviting that this will be on the bucket list again and again. Slightly expensive entrance fee...but a fun place for the kids....it gets quite hot inside.....I would recommend you dress lightly because it gets hot with all the little people running around. Safety measures are good when entering the place. Waitresses are friendly and efficient....food is tasty and well presented and they have a bottomless coffee for R50. A great alternative for a rainy day.

The best place for kids.

This little town is completely under roof, so the weather is not an issue. The kids have loads of fun and get to run and jump and dress up as much as their hearts desire. They receive an armband with their name after registration and the fun begins. They also have a nice menu of goodies to keep Mom and Dad busy.

A lovely place for kids indeed but must improve on the service especially when serving a large group (eg.parties ).Our food came after 1hr 30min just before they had to close and we ended up being rushed to finish up which we found abit unfair because it was their fault that we had to leave a few minutes after they had closed but overall it has a great environment.
