For the first time buying here, I received a very stinking attitude from one of their cashier by the name of Fortune. She seemed like she was forced to help me and the kids, she wasnt patient at all, mind you I mentioned that it was my first time buying from Rebels. Ill never set my foot there again. My kids love your pizza but Ill make sure I introduce them to Pizza Hut, Romans and other big brands. #disgusting

Everyone needs to try the springbok pizza here. It is amazing. We drive in now and then to get that mouth watery taste.

The worst service,Not once but 4 times,After complaining about the service, in a calm way, I was asked and I quoteDo you still want your PizzaEventually after telling them what i thought of their reply the Manager contacted me, which they always did to offer me free pizza for the 4th time.What does it help to apologize and offer free pizza, it the service from his staff does not change..After it happening 4 times, it will never change..I am happy to spend more money at Romans knowing the service has always been awesome!!

If I could give minus stars, I would. I waited over two hours for a salad and a slushy. I ordered at around 17:30, called just before 18:00 to confirm the delivery address was correct and left my contact details. Called at 18:30 to find out if everything was still fine only to be told that they forgot to give my order to the driver. Fair, things happen. Eventually its just before 20:00, no one had contacted me to give me progress on anything. We drove through to find out what is happening, where is the food, can we cancel the order and get our money back?? No sympathy from management or any further explanation, only to be told that the driver left 6 minutes prior. Order arrived at my place at 20:08. Extremely disappointed. Ive been buying from Rebels since back when it was still Romans. From primary school through to high school and into adulthood. The WORST service tonight.

Excellent pizza. Bought a number of individual pizza and were pleasantly surprised. Really nice pizzas with a generous amount of toppings. Would definitely consider them as an alternative to the more established brands. They also have a variety of side dishes - pastas, salads and rolls. Added to that they are currently running a serious specials. Try them you may be surprised as well and may just switch loyalties.

Always amazing pizza and pasta. Got out favorites there, Karoo Lam and Tsatsiki, and spinach and feta cannelloni. No photos, eaten already.

The online and whatsup ordering options were not user friendly, we ended up phoning in our order. The ladies on duty were very good and friendly, the order was ready for collection. Although the pizzas were average, it was still good value for money.

Absolutely shocking experience, ordered 2 x small pizza’s and 2 bottles of water, after standing at reception for 40 minutes, after the 20 minutes they said it would take, I gave up. Then 15 minutes later I get a call telling me how sorry he is that it took so long and that I can collect my pizza from reception.I am sorry that your service is so shocking Rebels, you will sure as hell never see me again!Such a shame I cannot give you 0 stars! 1 bad experience screws up everything!

Pizza was terrible. I bought 2 pizzas. The carmalised unions were black in color and the other had hardly any topings on. It was also soggy. I lodged a complaint via messenger. I was informed that I will be given a voucher but nothing materialized.

If there was a zero star or negative that would suit them. Horrible customer service!!!They will ignore you until its time for them to close. Completely ridiculous. I should have checked the latest reviews here to know better. Never ordering from them again. Complete waste of time

This is my first time ordering from Rebels Pizza and so far Im not impressed. More than an hour and still no pizza. If this is your level of service you will lose customers. No customers means no business. If I could choose zero stars I would

DONOT use Uber Eats with Rebels, they do not allow to track the order via location, do not update the estimated time and state that you need to look at the estimated time to grab the delivery. Food arrived an hour late to the estimated time, waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive from when they updated that it is on its way and to top it off food was COLD

Absolutely pathetic service and horrid food.Ordered pizzas at 14:30 .Expected delivery was 15:10Order arrived 16:25Recption blames uber and lies about the order being sent out. Your manager doesnt care. I refuse to pay for this meal and standard of service.My pizza arrived ice cold. This is an absolute joke like your food and service. Refuse to support you ever again and will openly share my experience with others. Good luck running your business into the ground.

Horrific! Spent R250 for a pasta that says feeds 8-10 people. Please dont like to yourself and your customers. I received a tray thats half way full. And disgusting as ever, pasta swimming in oil.

Theyre ok and run quite a few specials. They changed the sauce to their Chicken Barbeque Pineapple Pizza about a year ago and it is not the same. It tastes more like salad dressing now.

Great flavours! Good filling amounts but one thing I didnt like was the base sadly rated amongst the worst I have eaten.

I was here 9:15 ordered 2 lange pizzas they said 10 to 15 min.. I waited for 45 min. The waiter told me the place open at 9:45

This is the worst service Ive ever seen. Delivered the wrong pizzas and took more than two hours and about 6 calls to try and sort out. Still no Pizzas!! Think twice before you order here.

We always order pizza from Romans and decided to try Rebels.. Big mistake.. After I asked for half of the pizzas to be thin base they all came out thick and they only gave 2 out of the six I ordered, the other 4 was pizzas with green pepper which my children wont eat. Really disappointed

The service is terrible I had to wait for a full 1 hour for a small pizza. The only reason I waited for this long is because the food is for the kids.Customers came and went while I was waiting. and the Pizza is terrible. Possibly the best pizza from an electric oven and very affordable. My two favorites are the springbok with biltong, avo and pineapple, and the karoo lamb with tzatziki.

Very friendly staff, very good pizza and very punctual too. They said the 4 pizzas would take 25 minutes and it took exactly 25 minutes! You dont find that every day...
