Bought a cornish pie which was greasier than your average real-estate agent and pepper steak pie that tasted like laundry detergent, neither of which I could finish. On a positive note: after taking a bite of each I completely lost my appetite; so if youre on a diet this could be a nice option for you if you dont mind feeling Gordon Ramsay on every episode of Kitchen Nightmares for a while.

Bought pies and chips yesterday at King Pie in the Centurion mall. The pies was cold and not fresh at all. Crust was really hard and thick. The chips was beyond oily, oil was old and dirty too. When we took the chips out of the little bowls there was a thick brown oil layer left in the bowl. Will not be buying pies or chips here again.

King Pie is a great place to grab a quick bite if you are in a rush at the mall. Pies are always feesh and the service is quick and with a smile. Short waiting time and pies are always hot. I would recommend for sure. Enjoy your next pie!
