Nice bikes but poor customer service.. client services make promises they don’t keep. Just get ready to feel like you are at an entry level bike dealership not expect premium service.

Hi, I am very disappointed by the way the Brand is being represented.I have a xdiavel s that I left for service. It was left on Thursday, I had to call the following Monday only to find out they had not started. I am interested in a Multistrada which was discussed with the Salesman on that Thursday.I received a quotation for two bikes on the Friday. I have contacted Ducati and left to messages on answering machines for someone please to contact me. No success. This is not service that I expect from a so called exclusive product. Maybe that is why BMW has such a big percent of the market in this model range.

Amazing Dealership

Worst After-sale experience. I bought a used motorcycle in Feb from Leighton, ever since then I have been begging for my service book (only because he promised that there is one, and that I would receive it the day after delivery). After many empty promises from Leighton, he said that he doesnt work there anymore, and that I should phone the dealership. Guess who answers the phone today... LEIGHTON! but this oke is so busy with his CROWD 1 nonsense that customer service completely fell off his list of priorities.Really disappointed in what is supposed to be a state of the art dealership. Definitely wont ever refer someone there!

If you have a little bit of extra money and you are looking for a great quality bike this is the place to go. The sales people are friendly and know there product. The bikes are expensive yes, however that is to be understood seeing as it is a well-known brand and a great bike.
