It was my first time going because I needed a referral letter for the hospital. It wasn’t the fastest service but it wasn’t bad either considering it’s a public clinic. The man coordinating people going in and ensuring social distancing was very helpful. I got there at about 9:10 and left around 12:00, but I didn’t wait for medication as it would have taken me another 30 minutes or so. Staff seems friendly.

They take forever to assist you when you are inside. They completely abandoned us as new patients for a whole hour. Still waiting here

Great service and friendly staff. Second time visiting and the place is clean everything is run in an orderly manner, the earlier you come the earlier you get help. The people working at the reception are pleasant and easy to deal with. I didnt get the name of the sister who was attending to the pregnant ladies on the 13th of feb 2020, shes kind, caring and makes the patient feel at ease, Thank you... I love the new bookig system for antenatal check ups. keep up the good work.

Every time i come to the clinic. I am certainly impressed with Mr Sandile. I have no idea what his possition is. However he is the most happiest,kindess and most orginized person. He is more than helpfull. He is always moving with positivity even in a crisis. He always communicates the procedures. Makes sure we dont get lost. And no matter how busy he is. If he sees your not helped after a long time. He finds out why. He is really the most impressive person i have meet this year. Covid 19 and all. Thank you Mr Sandile. You are a hero to me. My clinic would not be my clinic with out you.thank you.

Better than most public clinic. nurses mostly do as they please, like going disapering without informing us(patients) you just sit and wait not knowing what time they will come back. clinic s clean

You can never get hold of anyone via the phone they never answer. 2nd day of trying more that once but nothing and not the 1st time this happens.

Awesome service from the staff at Lyttelton Clinic specifically from Sr Jadi who assisted me on the 01/02/19. She was patient and very informative, the health department is lucky to have someone like her.Happy patientRachel Twala

Waiting for more than 3 hours to be helped. No wonder the health of South Africans are so bad. Public service in South Africa is the worst.

What a horrible experience.I accompanied a friend to the clinic for maternity issues. Arrived at 10h30 only done at 16h50. Staff were terribly rude and stated that you should arrive at 7 and that you would not be assisted if you arrive at 10h30.I complained to the staff nurse for her comments who then said she was going on lunch.When I asked how long she would be gone she said she would not tell me that???I spoke to the admin officer on duty and relayed the experience. Sadly they spread the word and when she went into the cubicles each nurse had comments about me saying that I wont be around the next 9months during her check ups and that people like me who complain make things worse for the patient Because the nurses wont treat her properly because of me.Very sad display of public servants. And to threaten a patient for complaining. Spending 6hrs in the clinic is not acceptable and then getting such bad attitude from the staff.appalling.

My domestic worker waited from 8h30 to 15h30 to be helped yesterday. She has Diabetes , had nothing to eat the whole day. Nursing staff apparently sitting in office not helping patients

We had a terrible service at this clinic on 24 December 2018. This was our first time visiting the clinic and we didnt have a file. The receptionist just directed us to room 7 where sister Jadi sits. This lady (sister Jadi) was out of her office for more than 2 hours while the queue grew longer and longer. When she came back to her office, she closed herself for 43 minutes without attending to any of the patients. The other nurses where trying to help, but because they couldnt help people with new files, we couldnt get help from them and had to wait for sister Jadi. This woman has no respect for her job nor any person that comes to the clinic. I wouldnt recommend this clinic for anyone. It has a terrible service overall.

The service is at this clinic has gone down very badly you do t get assisted you sit and wait for almost an hour for someone to assist you and when you ask how long you still going to wait the people who work here gives you attitude! I had an app at 1 I was here at 1 they only took my card half past pne I only recieved my file at 2!The service is very bad I will not recommend anyone to come to this clinic

The GPS directions were wrong, I had stop ssk for directions, then turn back. I switched the GPS oof at thst moment. It was bad, I wad late for a meeting.
