MORE EXPENSIVE THAN AN ATTORNEY. They toldme their call out fee was R250 and then they will charge by the hour. After 15 minutes and drilling one hole NOTHING ELSE. They charged me R1250 for 15 min of work. LITERALLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ATTORNEYS AND EVEN DOCTORS

I called to get a door lock fixed and categorically asked what the call out fee was: R280 I was told, however, after drilling a whole in the old lock, and fitting a new cylinder they wanted to charge me R2150. This was for call out: R280 (note just for looking at the problem), R1250 drilling a hole, R650 for a new lock. After confronting the amount and calling the gent that organized the call out his response was, Can you get into your house?. We fitted a R160 cylinder from Builders. Really over priced and really unprofessional service.
