I am very disgusted with the service we have received from Aitsa. We can never get hold of anyone for assistance and when we do we get told Everyone is in a meeting. Very unprofessional that not ONE person can assist us.

Very poor service. Sit without internet for 2 days and they keep saying they will come back to us with an answer or a solution and after a few calls and emails we are still sitting without an answer and without internet!
