Cool area

Lovely place. Fairly quite. Built close to the N14 so that possibly affects noise levels during the week. Very secure. A bit on the pricey side for an average sized house. Different strokes for different folks though. Looks very well maintained. Perfect lock and go type town house. Decent sized garden if you like you some out doors. Some of the houses are close to a moving stream, might be a plus or minus if you like that sort of thing. Outside cosmetics are red brick and plaster (baige I think).
