Its located near the highway on ramp that they are busy constructing in Centurion. Prices include transfer and bond registration costs. Occupation is expected around February 2019

I wonder if they have braai area. Where you can chill. I did not see the laundry lines.

Suggest you dont buy or rent at this place , or anything associated with trafalgarBuilt with the cheapest materials you always going to encounter problems and unnecessary conflict.And to top it off the management team is a bunch of clowns who do nothing to attend to the tenants queries/problems

This is one of the worst managed places ever. The owners and the agents are forever passing the buck with their responsibilities to the tenants. This causes unnecessary conflict amongst the tenants.Their building material is of a low quality. Avoid buying or renting at this place if you do not want to cause yourself headaches.

It is a lovely complex but you are a visitor there you go through a lengthy waiting period before they can let you in.

I live here and its absolutely horrible, Im disgusted by the attitude we receive from trafalgar as well as caliber. The unit is an absolute disaster and almost every one in the complex complains to trafalgar to sort out the problems but they dont do anything they just take your money and give you attitude, would not recommend to anyone.

Villa Bianco is currently being built. It looks as if it will be a nice complex to live in when it is completed around January 2019: Guarded Security entrance, communal swimming pool and braai area, lots of parking...
