If you want to regret in life buy property at msp .Their service is poor .Since last year November I am still am waiting for them to fix the tiles

Poor customer service I applied for a house in March 2018 till today I am still waiting for them to complete the house. Yes Client services manager communicated with me via email saying that I can do inspection on incomplete work, which I didnt agree to... I just have one question when will I be, doing inspection/moving in?

Water metre built in the middle of the driveway, two inspections later, nothing has changed.House plan includes pavement, they tell me my house is done but it doesnt have the pavement and their inspection guy just couldnt care less.The new house has cracked tiles.I suspect that the they dont have a quality control team and once paid, they couldnt care less.Look for other developers if you dont need unnecessary stress.

These guys are useless, they appoint equally useless contractors and now Im sitting with a fallen ceiling at Kirkney village because of them. They sending me, for the past three weeks, from pillar to post trying to get them fix this ceiling. I mean they tell me that they are ordering ceiling material for 2 weeks, yet ceiling material is just a drive away and you get it same time.

I wish I knew what know now. I recommended my friends, but I have to stop them before making a terrible mistake.

Im renting a place through them.I applied for a house and in February and still waiting for them to start the construction because I was told that they are still negotiating with the land owner.now my lease has expired .they want me to renew the lease and the rental amount is going to increase.MSP delayed the process if building the house by negotiating with the landowner of which that was not communicated with us when I was applying.buying a house from MSP is like waiting for an RDP house.I regret everyday why did I sign with them.Can someone advice what to do
