Folks, just dont, unprofessional, dont know the products they stock and good luck on getting any sort of after purchase support.

I sustained a brain injury and have short term memory issues. I take sleeping tablets to sleep and because of that I have issues about my security. I asked Gerhard if they could assist with a dissability discount as i am on a SASSA grant, and they offered me a FREE device. Many businesses refuse to help a disabled person as they wont get much recognition but some businesses actually care. Thanks a lot for the donation and you have found a life long customer.

Dishonest, Unprofessional and Disrespectful is the only way to describe this company! STAY AWAY!!!Gerhard sold me a R5000.00 Zoom Security Camera last week Friday, telling me that this camera would work for my application.Connected the Camera at home. Noticed it does NOT have a Zoom Lens, and the data usage is exceptionally high. Returned it 3 days later.Gerhard (owner/manager or whatever) REFUSES to refund me, and insists on charging a (wait for this) 30% Handling Fee.(I was not made aware of these terms at the time of purchase, AND I was give THE WRONG ITEM, even though I paid for the correct camera WITH a Zoom Lens.)I was then accused of using the camera over the weekend and now wanting to return it.It has now been 7 days since the original purchase and today I was told my refund (minus 30%) will only take place at the end of the month.Dishonest and Unprofessional to the worst extend!!
