Double lap, double enthusiasm. A well marked course, and with the number of yellow markers you might think MTN had sponsored them. Fairly flat with an uphill or two. With lots of rain recently some minor deviation was required with an enthusiastic Marshall there to guide us. Then run takes one around the Laudium cricket ground which has acacia trees in yellow bloom all around the perimeter. Their unusual finish is up the ramp into the Laudium Stadium where you receive a warm reception. There they provided water which is most appreciated. From that position one has a high level view over the area. Good parking facilities. Not good for prams but dogs allowed. Follow the GoogleMaps marker for the Stadium, not the Oval.

Nice parkrun on and between some sports fields. The route isnt marked very well which makes it hard to run in front, but not a problem if you arent a fast runner. Its quite a tough route, especially when the grass hasnt been cut in a while, which makes the terrain even harder. The volunteers are always very friendly.

A pleasant event whether you’re a runner/walker, young/old, local/outsider

Atmosphere good .More like a family gathering after the park run. Many visitors to laudium have enjoyed their visit
