The clothing section of this woolies is great. They always have stock.The Food side of woolies is always a bit lacklustre. They dont have all the nice treats you want or the nice meat options. Its not bad but it could be better

Woolworths Irene. Love shopping there. Please please work on the sugar cone situation, one cannot buy 12 sugar cones only to enjoy 3 whole cones and the rest as biscuits come on.

This Woollies branch is a breath of fresh air, its never crowded and one always shops at ease. Only one little problem though, the cashiers dont seem to understand that not every black person speaks the local languages and they get irritated when a black person speaks to them in English. So I often greet them in Portugese so they understand that I dont speek the local languages. Otherwise a wonderful place to shop at.

A whole 3 tellers on a Saturday afternoon. However it seems no matter what time you come to this Woolworths there are usually only around 2 or 3 tellers.Seems to be the normal at Irene Mall between the Pick n Pay and Woolworths. Never enough tellers and always a long queue because of it.

What excellant service. The lady in the underware section went three times to the storeroom to find the colours of the product that we wanted. She went out of her way to assist us, really amazing and unexpected. Thank you Woolworths.

Went to the store at Irene for winter clothes, now all the fitting rooms are closed and asked if I can buy and should the sizes not be ok then can return them they refused, now what must I do with the clothes? So curiously went to the other shops to check if this policy applies only to find out it doesnt, my issue is Im not your typical skinny bones that can fit or all clothes can look good in.

A decent food section, small and minimal clothing departments.This is one of the smaller Woolworths stores around, that still has food and clothing etc. nothing wrong with the store, but choice is limited. The food section is fine though. Stocks all the usual items.Situated in a nice mall and convenient for local residents at least

I have received the worst client services inside the store. The whole system has been offline the whole day without any visible notifications to this affected.After raising the specific concern @ the INFO counter, I have received absolutely no response from the relevant Woolworths personal assisting me.

Empty shelves and no stock of various items.

Reasonable stocked, could not believe that only 2 out of a possible 9 cashiers were available at 17:30.

Although the very popular shop was extremely busy on a Sunday morning, the efficient staff did their best to ensure that the customers get assistance, pay for their merchandise and leave the store feeling happy and satisfied with their purchases in the shortest time possibly.
