Despite all the warnings on the reviews I still decided to go. Appointment was booked for 2pm. An hour later I was still sitting feeling so much pain that I couldnt sit properly. All the receptionist did was ask is this your first time, med aid or cash? then she complained she was gon do a lot of files today since there were 2 more new people in front of me . After 3pm decided to go out only to see her in the sun chilling. No explanation whatsoever whats going on, if the Dr is delayed or what. My hubby had to ask if we can leave. Had to leave with even more pain and go home to sleep😭😭Disappointed

Im soo disappointed, Went there today for my child the doctor was just listening to me not checking the child not even temperature.Whats the point of going to a doctor and not just go straight to pharmacy .What a waste of my time and money😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Terrible service we got here from the minute we walked in to seeing the dr himself. I had brought my 18 months baby for a check up but to my surprise he didn’t even do the normal check on the baby instead he took what we told him & looked at the baby’s arm & that’s it.Maybe I’m old fashioned but if I take an 18month baby with an unknown rash, I’m expecting the dr to check the weight, breathing, throat etc. of the baby so that he can give a proper well rounded diagnosis. I’m very worried about their treatment if he just administers medicine to people without doing thorough checks.I will definitely not go back to Dr MC Mongwe, can’t be putting my kids lives in danger.

Extremely convenient and helpful staff , well educated and understanding and doctor who listens which makes a consultation room a relaxing and healing environment.

Very professional medical,well vested and clued up with medical issues, I will recommend any family who needs medical attention, even the admin staff is very welcoming .Keep up the good work and treat our nation.

Went to consult didn’t even spend more than 10 minutes in the consultation, he didn’t even explain properly the cause of my diagnosis, he just said “it’s the hormones”. Writes me a prescription for ibuprofen and goes on to claim R 1 243.00 for that wack service. Never again will set my foot there
