Its a little heaven in the middle of Gauteng province of South Africa.The place is well secured that you dont even have to every worry about your safety once you are in.The place is also very clean and noise free.

This one of the best Estates around Kosmodal, there are very beautiful houses and the place us very quiet. The security is very tight amd they have kids play areas which are also well maintained.

Great gated community, usually quiet and secure. Theres a public swimming pool, a party house and tennis court. The only annoying thing is when idiots revs up their noisy car while everyone is sleeping. We love pops and bangs, but not while everybody is sleeping.

Stayed here for almost a year. Can be quite noisy, some residents play loud music. Generally a safe Estate.

Plots, apartments and houses dont come cheap. Great investment for anyone who can afford it. In house swimming pool and play yard for kids. Safe and secure. By far the most ideal estate thats great for raising, or starting a family. Most of the homes have small yards though

The developments that have taken place over the past few years just so happened to be pretty evident the minute we gained access and drove into the state. I must say Im pretty impressed - Google maps did kind of throw us off as we tried to locate a certain address in the estate

Its a good estate with some beautiful houses. The one thing I didnt like was the dampening on some of the houses. It looks like the place is built on a swampy area.

This estate is okay for those people who cannot afford to live in high-security estates but for those who can, I recommend Blue valley estate and kyalami estates.The boom gates, fingerprint readers and intercom are always out of order. Long queues at the gate and it can take visitors up to 30 minutes to enter at the gate.
