After reading all the bad reviews posted online, my Partner and I nearly gave up on a couch we really wanted. We Spent over 2 months procrastinating because of the horrible reviews of which NONE are true...We purchased the Gucci corner unit from the Eastgate store, we were assisted by Suli, and what great service we received, he assured us that when we went there on Saturday and paid, our delivery would take place Tuesday, as Monday was a holiday, he said that if the delivery didnt take place we would be refunded our full purchase amount on Wednesday morning.On Tuesday afternoon the couch was delivered, the one gentleman, Proud was his name, was very friendly and helpful, there was a small issue with the joiner of the couch and he assured me he would be back today, Wednesday to sort the issue out, the young gentleman arrived at our home well after 6pm and wouldnt leave until we were entirely happy.I strongly recommend that when purchasing, do your sales with Suli, he is phenomenal and request that your delivery is done by the amazing young gentleman who helped us, his name is Proud.

I purchased a couch from them. The quality is good and the price was very fair.Even though they missed the initial delivery date, and making contact with the sales executive. He kept me in the loop and made the necessary follow ups and ensured delivery a few days after. There were delays as they were moving their warehouse.Thank you for the good service and comfortable product.

If I could I would give 0 starts. Bought a bed from the Centurion branch and 3 months later the matress is unsleepable. Even though it has a warrenty and gaurentee, they refuse to replace the matress. Nevson was the sales person. HORRIBLE SERVICE

2nd time I bought from them and the 2nd time I was impressed with the service, staff, price and quality of this place. Thanks guys keep it up

Unfortunately have to give one star. place our order on the 10 April and it will take up to four weeks to manufacture and deliver. Spoke to Clever now (7 May), My headboard is only going into production now. So many excuses, unbelievable. Be wary when ordering from this company

Had a great experience with Mattress and couch. Jandre really help me with everything and received my couch 2 weeks later as agreed.

Very dissapointed with your Centurion branch, I would not advise anyone to buy, they make promises when you buy but dont keep their promises and they dont seem to care. I bought couches on the 2nd of August, promised 4 weeks, 2 weeks into the order I went to the shops to remind them that 4 weeks it is, they gave me a yes. 2nd September we are told next week Friday.,last Friday I am told 1 couch definitely this coming week and the other in 2 weeks, in total its almost 8 weeks, no phone call to explain the delay until you get to the store, very dissapointed and I was planning to buy more of their stuff, NO MORE!!!!

I bought a bed on 18 October 2020 and was delivered on 3 November. One foot did not fig into the hole in the base. I reported the matter to Zunaid Sulliman and he told me to take a hammer and screw driver and beat it in the hole. To cut a long story short, the matter has not been resolved and Im thinking of involving the police now

Terrible service, to match inferior quality. No after sales support. Dont buy, you will regret it.
