I have so many stories to tell in the 1 year I have been working with the 3D Printing store, from escalating a flaw in a motherboard directly with the vendor for me to alway providing great technical advice but what makes them great is when they get the small things right. I was looking for a cable that plugs into my 3D printers dedicated bltouch port. Any other 3D print shop would have told me no or you should buy the Correct bltouch but not at 3D printing store… they had the cable and it was 4 times cheaper than trying to import it. Well done 3D printing store and staff.. keep up the good work!!

Good shop but desperately let down by managers inability to give customer service where the customers views actually has bearing on the money the customer spends. Stock online vs what is in the shop (or can/cant be located when you collect) mostly dubious.

This past Saturday, 29 June my CNC machine that I purchased from 3dprinting store broke down. Jacques did provide high level fault finding diagnoses when I purchased the machine, but still I could not fix the machine. I called the 3dprinting store, long story short I was transferred to Jacques. I explained my problem and he asked me if I can bring the machine in. Within less than an hour I walked out with my machine fixed.I would not have been able to find the fault nor would I bet 90% of support personnel.This is support that makes me wanna support 3dprinting store.This again showed that 3dprintingstore appoints engineers with skills, and support is no 1. Without people like Jacques, well I would have taken my cnc machine and given it away for scrap metal.Well done to 3dprintingstore and Jacques.Kind Regards,Dirk

Helpful staff. Got a duplicator 9 there. They have a lot of stuff there. Well stocked. Just give them a call to check if they actually have what you need in their store if you driving far. I was told they have what I need.. got there, no stock on shelf, but system says that they have. Came right with something else... But still not precisely what I need.

I’m very happy with the customer service I experienced at 3D printing store. I ordered some PETG that was damaged in shipping and had moisture in the packet (not their fault at all. Was shipping company). I emailed and sent pictures and the manager said to try keep in ziplock with a few silica beads to try dry it. After 1 week I tried printing and the filament was filled with bubbles indicating there was too much moisture. I emailed again and the manager just sent a brand new role to replace the damaged one. Very happy. Will definitely come and shop again !

After my previous experience with 3D printing store, i was very hesitant to try them again, however, after the reply from the owner, i thought i would, so i took my Anet A6 in for a check up and minor service, and they wowd me with their turn around times, cost, and professionalism. after vowing that i would never return, i can honestly say that they have proved me wrong, and will be a frequent customer.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. CNC router and 3D printer that I bought neqrly 2 years ago is still in very good condition because of advice given by them.

I buy most of my filament from here as its good and consistent all you really need for a good print they also honour their guarantees. The only downer is the price is little expensive.

Last experience has been a nightmare. II bought some items on Monday to repair my printer, I paid extra for fast shipping.. Turns out they never shipped my stuff and only did so on Thursday night. I needed it by Friday and was guaranteed it would be delivered then. Friday I get told it will be delivered on Saturday, not what was agreed and I DID ask for my money back if items were not delivered on FRIDAY.. So I have now been lied to and the courier Globeflight knows nothing about a Saturday delivery as they indicated...I will be refusing delivery of these goods on Monday and demand my money back. This is the second mess up the first was on my last order when I ordered a Micro Swiss Hot End for R999 and they sent the wrong one one which was R500 cheaper.Edit: Seems that the courier they used are just useless, Showed up with items on Saturday morning... Changed my review to 3 stars however I cannot give more than that due to the fact that all communication had to be initiated from my side....

There staff are professional and friendly and they are not clueless about the products they sell. They have almost always the stock you want to get. They also do not mind giving you a posable but quick possible solution or the type of error if you need just some printing advice.
