Delayed service. Failed to update me timeously.

This store has the most incompetent staff in the business.I call to ask a question on the carpet cleaner. I should have been given info on the phone so I go there prepared.I get to the store to be kept waiting as the man behind the counter is assisting another client.Finally the lady from behind comes through and I tell her I called her for the carpet cleaner, and as she tells me the amount, the phone rings and she picks it up as if I was not there. That is unacceptable!She finally puts down and wants me to fill in the document, but I complete everything besides my DRIVERS LICENSE! I tell her she has my ID (which wasnt even verified so I could have put any numbers that I pooped out) and home address why must I provide a drivers license? Ok so fine , its a requirement , then why did she not tell me this before we even began???Levingers need to employ smart people who know how to serve/operate efficiently.
