I bought a swan 28L compact stove from them online. Upon delivery the stove had physical damages and I sent a complaint about the damage and requested an exchange or refund. They sent a courier company to come and collect the stove on the 12th of July 2021 and they haven’t communicated since. I sent countless emails that only got ignored or replied with an automated email response. Now I just wish they could refund me because clearly they are failing to give me the stove. I’ll never buy anything from their online store after this😡
