Lost a customer - so today you have lost a customer. Arrived 13:15, with the gate closed and relaxed security person informing me through the fence I should get back 14:10. Why? LUNCHTIME... While the notice is clear on open hours, no indication of LUNCHTIME...I think its simple to rotate staff in such a way to keep business going and also allow LUNCHTIME.I have a sizable order which Im buying regularly.Email enquiries never get responded to.But that boat has sailed.I would rather support a business that provides a decent service to clientele.

They are helpfull and most anything you need can be found here. Waiting time sometimes too long. Probably understaffed

What a horrible experience. I have been standing in the line for 50 min. BOLTFAST only have 2 staff members really trying there best to help clients. I am not sure who manages this place but clearly something is wrong!!

In these economic times your business closes between 1 til 2.. when the rest of society who has money wants to pop out during their lunch break and your business is closed seems like you making way to much money your business ethos sucks. Stay in the 70s 🙄

Always busy you need lots off time to waist to stand and wait for serves and then you have to wait again as the picture clearly indicates, and then they do not have what you are looking for. Jack up your service.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful 🙂. They didnt have what I was looking for, but they directed me to where I could try find it.

You wait for hours to get to the front to get helped. Hate going there!!!! If there were another place with quicker service I would def rather go there. They are very very slow.

If you ever need anything fastened, bolted or screwed, this is your go to place. The only issue is you have to wait a while and they have changed their strategy for sales. You have to buy minimum quantities. It makes business sense, so I dont mind.

We were told they had stock of what we wanted and could collect and pay by card at the Herman Road branch. Drove all the way there just to be told by the same sales people that we can only get from Pretoria. Useless!

The service of Boltfast Centurion has declined steadily over the last few years. Today I was waiting for 35 minutes in a cue of only 4 people waiting to be helped. Only one teller attending at the possible 4 payment points. I even called the manager while standing in the cue but nobody came to rectify anything. The normal waiting time is usually quite long anyway but this is getting a bit too much.Today was my last visit there.

Only wish they sell packet with smaller quantities.

Stood 30min in a que, very slow service. When I got to the front, it was said that I havld to order a min quantity of 25 bolts. Rather use the Screwman.

Went there two days ago. Was not allowed to buy four squarecub bolts with nut and washers only a bulk box. Wanted 45 coachman 8x 50 and 30x 8x60 screws , they did not have in packets and said I must buy a bulk box . That after I waited in the queue for 25 min.I drove to Northern Bolt and tool Midrand and got it in 5 minutesReally some of the staff dont want to work. Sad as it is close to my business

Very slow service and you have to buy 25 of each item. Been supporting them for many years but unfortunately will not be going back any time soon.

They couldnt find not one of the samples I had. Not even willing to take a box out of the warehouse. Either buy bulk of 200 where I needed 10 or nothing. Ill rather drive to Silverton in the future.

Good service BUT MINIMUM R75 sale now. So does not work for an odd sample or two...

Always got what you want and well priced. Service delivery is however super slow forcing you to stand in queues forever for the smallest of orders. Not the time to be in such long queues

Today the waiting was the WORST ever!! Only ONE person at the counter to serve a long queu of clients!! Waited 55 minutes, then a second staff member arrived. BUT (!!!!!) the amount you buy must be more than R75, even for cash payments. 👽 This must be the most ridiculous thing ever! This owner/ manager has NO regard or respect for clients. I do feel sorry for the staff at the counter: they are friendly and I think doing their best.

Horrible customer experience. Very long queue each time. Takes about 30 - 60 mins to get helped. They have a system where you can email your order which also does not work as I have not recieved any response on my order in the past.Customers also enter the shop and then just leave because they dont have time to wait so long. I understand there are new Covid rules that needs to be followed but the current system is unfortunately not working.

Worlds slowest service… endless queues. Staff that isn’t computer literate and no small orders. Will rather go elsewhere… if you need some nuts and bolts in small quantities and within 30mins after walking into the store, this is not your place.

Every time I go there, they are under staffed and the staff that is there is extremely slow. Very disorganised. You wont be in and out in under 30minutes. Queue is always long, not because of social distancing but because of the staff situation. And a minimum sale amount!? So if you plan on buying anything for under R75 dont bother. What a waste of time. Support chamberlains or other places that put customers first.

Nice tools but waiting for 20mins in line just to pay for my items two days in a row is rediculous. In that case Id rather go to FH Chamberlains and get the same quality tools but only wait 2mins in line to pay.

Truly horrible experience for walk in customers. Sales desk is understaffed and it seems their inventory system woefully inadequate leading to long waiting times.

Rubbish counter service (on a number of occasions)at their Centurion branch, phone to complain only to be told that we dont have a manager. Then phone headoffice in Cape Town only to be told the only mananger is not in. Try again tomorrow. Companies like this do not deserve customers

Every time Ive been there the queue is slow no matter if there are many people or just a few.

Some of the rudest staff i have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately they dont wear name tags so i dont know who they were. Its at least 40°c in there and they simply dont care to assist as soon as possible. I needed to spend R8, was told minimum spend is R75. I was basically forced to spend more then i needed and the guy was not helpful at all to find the chain lube i then asked about, he simply pointed in a general direction of the back of the shop. I will never go back there again. Thanks for nothing. Just yet another example of how poor service delivery has become the norm in the country

Dont get your hopes up because they have fast in their name. You might as well bing a camping chair for the queue. There was 1 person working on 1 of 7 tills, with more than 5 people waiting in the queue. It took more than 8 minutes to help 1 person. The R75 minimum purchase limit is also an inconvenience.

Used to be awesome but now longer queues (prob due to covid distancing requirements) and minimum purchase amount reduces the appeal.

Operating ours dur to COVID-19 are 8am to 3pm Monday to Thursday. 8am to 2pm on Friday.I went as they opened so there was no wait. Got my things and got out in less than 10 minutes.There is limit to how many people are allowed in the store. Better to call ahead and order.

Stood in a queue with no aircon for an hour only to hear that what I need is not available.

They have most of the screws and nuts that you can dream off. But service is slow, must buy R75 or more for cash sales. Long queues as only 4 people allowed in the shop. They can perhaps let someone come by the queue and find out what the customers require and advise if they have the required product or not.

What a great shop. Wish the parking can be better or some one tending the parking lot. Have been parked in twice.

Recently stopped trading on Saturdays, didn’t bother to communicate closure of the festive season (no update to Google opening hours, nothing on website, not even a notice on the gate).I get the message...

In level 2 lockdown. They use Covid 19 as an excuse and force you buy at a minimum of R75 rand. No you cannot buy 1 or 2 screws. You have to spend more than R75. No other shop does this. Unfair to the customer.

You will wait here in a que for hours just to find incompetent sales staff backed up by poor computer systems. If they eventually figure out what you want it will take ages and then they will not have the stock you need. Stay far away from this place. It makes you think that a proper bolt and nut business is needed in the Centurion area.

Waited in the line for 45 minutes on the 25th and had to leave eventually. Took off work today and found they closed at 13H00. The branch manager, Paula, does not answer her phone. Really not a company that I will deal with again.

Have a wide of merchandise but they are understaffed and loose customers because of long slow moving queues

Terrible customer service. There is almost always a problem with stock, and even if they dont have what youre looking for, they send you whatever they think would be a good enough replacement. And dont bother trying to get hardened washers here. They specialize in fasteners, but they are blissfully unaware that using soft washers with >= Gr. 8.8 bolts is pointless. And expect to spend time queueing, even if you have pre-arranged a quick collection. Avoid.
