I visited this store 3 times they never have stock of any parts needed for Wanhoa printers. Not nozzles, or heat cartdriges print heads or anything. I bought a very expensive heat cartridge from them and I gave them a sample BTW...when I got home and tried it after I asked them 10 times if they are sure i can use it. The thing caught flames within the first 15 minutes. I called and spoke to the exact same person, and his answer was *i dont know* for everything. No Manager or Technician was available *I dont know* the only answer I got. I would not recommend using them for anything if you value your printer.

Probably the beat range in 3D printers and 3D printing supplies. Not the cheapest. But gteat service and hugh quality goods. They can do toll printing for customers too.

3 Times more expensive than competitors. Waited 2 months for a single small print, and asked for a refund. Took a month to get the refund. Employees kept on lying to me about the progress, visited the shop 5 times, just to be disapointed.

The staff was very helpful and I was very impressed with their friendliness and willing to help. There products are very good quality and well priced they even gave me some discount. I have absolutely no complaints. You have to give them a chance.

Great place for filament and more knowledge on the additive manufacturing process than most.

Demanded payment upfront prior to shipping the item. Promised to deliver a complete model. The model was delivered broken and unfinished. Never reprinted the model or repaid the money. Crooks of the 3D printing world, be careful doing business with them.

Ive done a lot of business with you and it was okay at first. However when the wrong guy picks up the phone and doesnt come back to you after you tell him its something important because youre losing money, and you phone back and the guy still didnt do anything and youre still waiting..This isnt the first time Im waiting for a reply, its the 3rd incident within a year. I dont want to disclose the guys name on here.Please if you dont want to do business, just dont do it.

If you purchase anything from AMS 3D, Id recommend that you buy two of them, since one will spend half the time with them getting fixed. They dont always answer the phone, the tech support is slow, sarcastic, and they seldom reply to your emails.Granted I bought a cheap Chinese machine, but their aftermarket service is lacking, and 12 months down the line I still dont have a working solution.Theyve also insisted that I collect and drop the machine off every time it needs repairs (warranty or not)

Totaly unreliable. No support on your machines and they dont even answer their phones or emails. After a big struggle they send out a team to double check my printer to see if all is working well, they ended up breaking several parts and left me with a damaged printer with parts I had to replace out of my own pocked from their opposition down the road because AMS does not have stock. I will not recommend AMS at all.
