Worst experience with dr stemetBearing in mind I have been going to him for years (not anymore now)Arrived early to my appointment and waited in the waiting room, He was 30 minutes late for my appointment, he did not apologize to me (but I let it slide)Consultation proceeded and the maintenance man walked in (while he had been drilling) not only did this disrupt my appointment but he ended up apologizing to the maintenance man and not the client (me) for interrupting.I had told him that there was a cavity forming in the front of my tooth which he said “your teeth have always been like that” which I knew was absolute BULLSH*T because I think I can tell if somethings not right.Bottom line he only spent 15 minutes on me (I checked the clock)Didn’t apologize for his arrogance and time wasting self, and left me crying in my car for how he had spoken to me.Disgusting service and I’m never going back !

Best Dentist and Experience!I would like to recommend Dr Stemmet for any dental work you may require, he (and his awesome team) are absolute professionals, he has a wonderful bedside manner and puts you at ease. I had to have some pretty complex work done (Implants) and not only am I very happy with the outcome but it was an great experience overall. I used to be afraid of having to go to the Dentist as I had had a few bad experiences but all of my fears and concerns are completely gone as Dr Stemmet is a true professional both in his technical expertise as well as his lovely personality. They also dealt directly with my medical aid which made the billing process so simple.

I would like to thank Dr Stemmet for going the extra mile and for giving me back my confidence and joy. He didn’t only fix my teeth he fixed my smile. Not once did he make me feel bad about how my teeth looked. He listened to my story with compassion and understood my circumstance. He and his team gave me an opportunity to fix my problem.The little habits I learned on by putting my hand in front of my mouth when laughing out loud, from the small smile when greeting people and the shyness when kids asked why my front teeth are so yellow. These I can proudly say, Dr Stemmet and his team helped me break these bad habits.The first time I saw my new smile I started to cry in his consulting room. The joy was so overwhelming, after 12 years of not being able to smile confidently.
