Nikon service center. Efficient. Not well sign posted.

Professional service and interesting training courses. Parking is secure. Overall, it has been a good experience visiting the Nikon service center.Prices are reasonable, allowing one to repair lenses that would be write-offs in the US.

There is strict adherence to social distancing, sanitizing mask wearing. The place is upmarket with a display of top of the range customized Ford Mustangs.

I was very disappointed I drove all the way out that side my GPS and Garmen could not find the place .I was looking forward to seeing the new Nikon 1000 , I had seen one but not in detail , looks very nice . I found every other camera company except Nikon, its as though they do not want a sale . Looks like Murphys Laws in action. I had hoped for a nice lunch at F Stop that did not happen. Perhaps its the Universe saying its not worth the trip .

Nikon House also houses the Sony camera Brand now. Nikon offers service for all Nikon cameras and offers free sensor cleaning. A small demo model shop on site with a variety of cameras, lenses, binoculars and other accessories.There is also a small coffee shop on site with great service.

It is the place to go to for having Nikon equipment repaired and sensors cleaned. You also get to see some fancy Roush Ford Mustangs on the showroom floor.

Usually very good service. Today was an exception. Even after writing on the job card they did the wrong quote.

Very friendly and helpful front of house staff. Took my Nikon body in for a service and update on the software (called firmware, l discovered). Was concerned that although the camera is meant to have 51 focal points, l was only seeing one. The technician, Francious (sp?), called me the next day and explained very patiently and clearly that because I had moved AUTO mode to Manual, it wasnt showing up all the focal points. I got a message later that afternoon that l could go in and collect it. The entire cost for the checking, sensor cleaning and firmware upgrade was R0.00. Wonderful experience!

Service was great but they don’t supply parts for my camera anymore. Now I am less a camera and all it’s accessories that cannot be used with an upgrade.

Took my camera for sensor cleaning, they told me to come back after 2 hours. Two hrs later , they didnt clean it because the screen(cover) is damaged and now I have to book it in for screen replacement which costs a lot. My time was taken for granted. They shouldve told me there before I book it in. Their free sensor cleaning have absurd t&cs. Not happy at all

Great service from Nikon , one must try the coffee shop run by Michael excellent menu very reasonably priced they close at 16:00 . A long way out , but worth it .

Great place for camara repairs.

After my camera and lens had impact damage, insurance asked for a repair quote. Nikon house insisted they could do repairs. They had to get parts from Singapore and the whole process took 3 months and when I got it back it had focusing issues. The workshop manager doesnt want to know and insists nothing is wrong. I have since taken it somewhere else for assessment. The result is that nothing will get it back to proper working order and i have had to put in a new claim for replacement from insurance. I dont trust these guys at all. Will take my gear to Ludwigs from now on.
