Service is not very good at all. I stayed at Waterfall Crest which uses Fungi Utilities which very expensive and it one of the reason I left the place. I had to follow up for my deposit refund and they wanted me to pay for paint work which was cracking. Eventually, Avalon Du Plessis helped me. She was helpful. Overall experience was not great and the place is expensive. Fungi Utilities take two month to refund me because of their billing dates that are 15 days behind. I moved out in July but I will only get my deposit by end of September (hopefully I will get it). Waterfall offers a gym facilities which is so small full capacity is probably 20 people however they have close to 40 blocks with 12 apartments.

More than 6 months have gone by since we purchased a unit at an M&T complex. We have been trying since the very beginning to have our snag list dealt with. Sadly to this date M&T have not bothered to sort out our snags, despite several promises to do so. Unfortunately once you have bought, you seem to fall to the bottom of their priority list. I would caution any one buying a unit, unless there are no snags. As you will battle to get the help you deserve.

The worst service I have possibly experienced. I paid an amount over which I tried to retrieve for two weeks and today I was told by a MT employee What do you want me to do about it. Codex, their Water & Elec services, will bill you days before the end of the month with a amount that constantly needs correcting with you ending up on hold for long periods. Im very handy and did all the fixing the flat myself but if your not, please know youll spend most of your day complaining about something broken or just the appalling attitude of there employees.The only pleasure I have had was assisting the caretaker around the complex, correcting obvious overlooked issues and he is the only genuine employee they staffed.

Dont be fooled by the responses to queries you see on here, these are just answers they give to make them look good to the public. Deal with them in private and you will be given silly excuses with every passing day. A week or so ago I was told on this platform that our deposit will be processed that week, this is after weeks of calling and asking - nothing happened. You give them call today they tell you a story when you call again tomorrow they have forgotten yesterdays made-up story and tell you a completely new one forgetting they spun you a different lie yesterday. Poorest service ever!

This Co hires incompetent contractors to work on their developments, contractors who cannot even connect a geyser properly. You will see miracles within a year of moving in. I dont even wanna start on the laziness of their employees.

Renting our first apartment at Eco Lakes with M-T developments. It is a brand new development and yet, in the time that we have been here we have encountered so many problems. We didnt have warm water for a week, the plugs were not working, the shower drain was blocked with rubble and grout, the garden was not leveled and it was filthy when we arrived, littered with cigarette boxes and plastic. We also have chips in the paint on our wall that is yet to be fixed. They take forever to fix anything and you have to run after them before anything can come close to being done. They advertised that Fibre is included in rent as stated in the lease agreement but once we signed and paid they said that Fibre is no longer included. They said that they will recompensate with a voucher for electricity but they are yet to keep their word. They only want to take your money and once they have done that they dont care about you. I would never recommend M-T developments to any one.

Exeptional experience, great service and friendly staff.As a first time buyer - I would highly recommend M&T.They are so helpful and explain the process in detail step by step which makes it easier on a first time buyer.Great offers and specials as well as a variety of options.

Worst service i have ever experienced. Once you become a tenat they do not care about you - snag lists and queries are never attended to. Ended up cancelling my lease.Deposit refunds are a headache, no communication at all regarding matters, you have to keep following up and are told stories each time. Their nice looking apartments are not worth the trouble i tell you!

Had to be here as Im buying property in Gauteng. Found the building easily as its huge and in your face. Gate security was helpful and efficient with ample parking for the building I was going too. Signing all those documents was a breeze only cos of friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Hoping the service remain like this once Im in the property..... watch this space....

Complaint - Horrible and Rude ServicePlease note i have logged a complaint on Hello Peter with regards to the matter stated below.I have experienced nothing but horrible, rude and disrespectful service from M&T employees, I logged a maintenance complaint with him dated the 8th of February 2021 with regards to my toilet leaking and to date has this issue not been resolved - I have had to contact him twice to follow up about this and he responded to me there is nothing he can do about it, I must just wait. Never in my personal or professional life have I ever experienced such terrible customer service. I look forward to a response to resolve this matter.

The customer service from Benita at Goldfields Estate is really poor, I was there twice and I was treated pretty poorly. She is rude and very short with her customers, while really friendly with others, She really makes your feel like you are bothering her. I though she might be having a bad day, but when it happened a second time, I realised there was another problem.I have purchased 2 properties for M-T developments. I would never buy another building from them as their workmanship and quality is really poor. Because of this, I bought a stand and built my home my self. I am now looking for another stand, but I would rather buy from someone else.

I have not even been in Eco Park east for a full month and already I have no choice but to move again due to the complete and utter negligence from management.The security here is almost non existentMy vehicles have already been damaged in the first month.My safety has been put at risk as the security have no understanding of confidentiality.I have to put up with shouting, screaming and fighting in early hours of the morning.My drains are blocked after they have been here twice and can still not rectify the issue...Rates are double charged and if you want to leave get ready for a nice cancelation fee of R3000Think twice before renting from these guys...

Steals from tenants & Ignores water wastingI am not pleased with the fact that the lease did not clearly outline that each apartment at Die Howes Towers is not billed based on the amount of water each apartment uses, the bill has to be shared among tenants regardless of how much water was used. This results in me paying for water I did not use. I find this to be a way of tricking the tenant into signing a lease with M&T. I do not understand why they do not install meters at each apartment in order to charge each tenant what’s due to them.South Africa is a country facing drought and water shortage issues, installing meters at each apartment would help to reduce the amount of water used. Right now it may be that some tenants are filling up their tubs everyday and there wouldn’t be a way of knowing, also making other tenants pay for the other tenants wasteful water usage. This shows that M&T Development does not care about the water shortage crisis we face as a country. It is my view that M&T Development did this in order to save costs, and such behaviour is unethical.M&T development is stealing from tenants by making them pay for services that they do not make use of.

MT development has graced us again with disrespect and uncaring customer experience.Except for never getting a reply when we voice our concerns privately or try and find better solutions. M&T would instead take away fundamental provided rights to their customers. Note that they’ll breach their contract and act if all is still lawful.Here is some of our experience with M&T over the past year and a half:Broken lifts and facilities that don’t get repairedWaste that is not collected for almost a monthPower outages for three days or moreTerrible managementAnd even though all of the above would have been manageable if we had a soundboard or some form of communication with management on what their processes or plans are.A quick note here that we had a caretaker “Wessel” who at least tried to provide some feedback. So, thank you for your contribution. Thus, we get to the latest of M&T’s advances to upset their users.Their email mailed to us attached.This is upsetting as we have signed contracts with M&T specifying provided services such as; Security, Water supply, Sewage collection and disposal, Refuse removal, Electricity and other.The gate also breaks every week and takes 4 months before they try and fix anything except if ‘stuff’ really hits the fan. They’ll potentially try and fix 20%-40% of the problem.Now rather than just fixing it, or getting a better system to work, they decided to do away with it and let people live in the rot.The more I think about it, the more I realise that people are unhappy because of the mindset M&T has instead of providing a service. Come on, guys! Wake up!So, if they’re not going to provide any services, I guess I’ll have to post my complaints on the provided websites of my experience and tag them in it.As this is our nature to talk the gods… Maybe they’ll read this or not… at least I tried my best to reach them and ask them this one simple question… How can you be better?

Fish eagle view in modderfontein is stunning. Its located near the modderfontein nature reserve. With that being said there is no gym and no daycare as posted outsided the complex. We were told by the estate agent (ANGOR) that all these facilities will be ready in three months. Its now six months and there is still nothing. The gas geyser and stove is a great touch but doesnt make much sense when it still needs electricity in order to be used. The gas, electricity and water charges are ridiculously high.Also the agent currently on site, Cindy is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. She has no manners whatsoever and is extremely unhelpful. Anesta, the previous agent always went the extra mile to assist tenants.Great place but personally believe its not worth the cost.

Wouldnt recommend them! Although the houses and apartments look modern, they use cheap materials and shortcuts were they can, do not wait for paint to properly dry and we are left with walls that have moisture damage after one year of living there.

There is a place called ecopark east. An rental establishment that looks so beautiful from far but badly managed. Block B 6th floor leaks water. Drainage system smells at night as the toilet/bathroom is right next to the bedroom. Coackroaches are simply a normal thing. You get charged R500 for illegal parking which only benefits the agent and not the person whose parking has been taken. Security looks tight but there has been theft of bikes. Problems are endless and never ending. It would be at your peril to stay there. Property from hell, given that rental is the first thing they want but not maintenance. The toilet has been leaking over a year. The door locking mechanism was only fixed after 4 months. No cleaning of publoc places happens on weekends. The play gets so dirty. In December flies are so much more.

Ecopark Boulevard Shopping Centre in Centurion built and managed M&T all the security cameras in all the parking lots are not working.My car has been broken in to and no perpetrator can be traced because there is no footage!!!M&T is such a scam company
