I have locked by Lawtrust Dongle by accident. Called Lawtrust and was told nobody at the time can help, but that I had to send my ID to then so we/they can get stared.Next day called again. They could find my client number. Drove to Pretoria and after sitting in the downstairs reception for 30 a young man said that they can find this number and that they need too........Phoned 5 to 6 times after that to followup but NO news. I was so frustrated at one point I started screaming at the guy.....n so desperately needed the signature dongle to work.I called LawTrust and complained and asked to speak to someone senior. Well still no noise from them!If there was an alternative option that LawTrust I would them and recommend themLindi

The office park security officials take a rather long time to vet visitors who are entering the premises. It would help to either shorten the security check process or appoint more security officials.
