I viewed the place, been in discussions with the agents CSI and 2letnow.co.za, I really do like the place and have told them that i would take it.What i dont understand is to rent it is more stringent than actually purchasing a place? Prior to me wanting the place I was residing in Sandton (Sandhurst Towers) which rent was much much higher than the rental needed at The Madison, however i am told i cannot afford it? I dont understand this. My reasons for moving to The Madison is due to work as the project i am part of is based in Centurion as well as my Fiance is also in Centurion that and my lease in Sandton was expired.I have provided ample proof that i can afford this but it continuously getting denied. I have even asked the agents what can be done to provide security to the landlord or the development agency in order to secure the place. I have been paying on time for all of my expenses every month and have made consistent payments into my rentals with my previous land lords but iv been told i cannot pay for this?I am utterly disapointed and dont understand why this is the case even though there factual evidence and proof to say otherwise. I have also with a help of a friend did a joint application where both of our net incomes is higher than the rental amount yet we told the same thing.Worst people to deal with and they make it so like we purchasing the place from a bank. How can someone survive like this?

Had some issues when I came here, but gradually things are being fixed and made for the better. Security has been improved, flooding is being sorted, Fibre connection is being sorted. My leaking windows are being fixed.Im a happy customer now and looking forward to a great relationship with the people in the estate including management.Special mention to Wim for coming through and ensuring my issues are addressed. Thats what I call putting the customers interest first. Thats how business is done.I believe its only a matter of time until everyone is happy with everything in the estate as customers concerns are not falling on deaf ears! Let us make this one of the best estates to live in!

I couldnt have chosen a better place to perchase my first house. Amberfield City is well located, with easy access to some of the major roads and highways. We are spoiled for choice with magnificent Shopping centers & schools, all within less than 2 km radius. The improved security measures within the Estate gives me a peace of mind at all times.

This is a good place to stay as well as invest. I have been a resident of Amberfield for about 7 years. The area is changing for better and properties are picking up values at a fast rate. Thanks to all the developments taking place in the area. Yes, there are several incidences of breakings maybe because the area is still under construction. No security concerns were raised during the lock down. Since we move to level 3 thats when it started maybe because construction resumed as well. The staff is very friendly. I raised issues in my unit which were attended on time. I will definitely invest in the estate.

I wish someone had warned us before renting with CSI rentals, so I hope this serves as a warning to those to come. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.But dont take my word for it, do a quick search on Hello Peter or their main Google page to confirm what Im saying.Their main income is to scrape 30-80% of your deposit, so even units in good condition will undergo cleaning services of R2k + and the tiniest mark warrants a repaint of every wall, even if the unit is covered with construction cracks. Even our concrete cast ceiling needed fixing, nothing you could possibly do as a tenant to damage this but it was for our account even though its clearly construction SHAPES. And since this concrete was fine when we moved in, it now needed fixing since ewe never reported the ceiling (which is actually fine btw, but needs fixing?)We had a few holes in the walls, and it was in fact quite conservative.This warranted R7000+ to fix on their end, so hear do research before renting from CSI.Intro inspection is 15 minutes, but when you move out expect a 2.5 hour session, and they generate a 116 page report in such detail - and since in the initial 1 page report you could not possibly have imagined theyll bill you for the spec on the tile, you are screwed and they make money.Absolute worse agency ever - you guys are a bunch of thieves, and to God I hope CSI get what it deserves. Especially during COVID you bully already strained people and when the wheel turns well be there watching. May people treat you the way you have treated them, the rest of your lives.To those purchasing, speak to the residents first as this is a whole other can of worms with poorly constructed units, never ending water leakages and much more. Fibre is a lie. Lifestyle is a lie. Good service is a lie.So glad we managed to move out, sour that we took such good care of the unit and still lost R8880 to these money hungry bullies.

I have since moved in at the Madison and Im experiencing the most peaceful estate life ever. Rapid response from their offices makes life a lot easier, I must say say mind is at ease even security wise.

They should really stop marketing this place as a security estate because security is none existant. We leave in fear for our lives. So many break-ins happening & the latest one people were held hostage in a damn security estate. We experience break-ins every month, it has become a thing. Spending so much money to buy a house only to risk your life & your familys is not worth it. They should just put a disclaimer saying buy at your own risk.The shady workmanship and quality of the houses is another story all together 😭

Its sad that people cry together with crisis that we are facing in this so called security estate but there are breakins every week and someone come and give a review of 5 star.... Im sure this are people that dont stay in the estate, the know nothing about the estate or people that were bought to give good reviews.

I am utterly disappointed and regret investing in a unit in this estate. They sold us dreams of peace and security but the opposite is true. There have been several break-ins and residents held hostage at the mercy of criminals. We cant sleep in peace wondering if we are the next targets. To add to the security risks, the workmanship of the units is just poor to say the least. Cracking walls, badly finish surfaces and a very compacted and hard ground in the garden that makes it tough for the lawn to grow, let alone flowers and bushes. As if this is not enough, the central developments staff just do not respond to our grievances in reasonable time. They always shift the blame from one department to the other until one gets frustrated. I am tired of this.

I would never recommend this estate to anyone. They sold us dreams, they promised that the security is good, but we get house break-ins almost every month. After buying the house we have had to chase and complain to get anything done. This place is NOT a security estate like it is advertised.

One of the worst estates I have ever lived in. The security service does not work, but when I bought the house, I was told its a safe secured place. The area is getting worse and worse. During lockdown we feared for our lives. Complaints are not attended to. I regret ever buying a house here. I wish I had somebody to warn me.

We chose this so called estate because of security that we thought it has, but untill we moved in we started experiencing bad service from the estate manager. The security is non existant. It is not what you see/get when you stay here. The break-ins are insane. We fear for our lives. Our kids are not safe at all. We have complained so many times with no help.

My husband and I went to view one of the Simplex units at The Madison, which we loved. Spoke to one of the agents who assured us that someone would contact us regarding getting the process started. She took down our details and 3 weeks later we still hadn’t heard anything. I reached out to them and they told me the same story. Units seem to be reserved for certain people, or rather people that look a certain way.Glad this happened sooner rather than later. Can’t imagine living at a complex where management disregards you.

My friends house is cracking just 3 after buying the property.. the structural engineering leaves a lot to be desired.
