Absolutely pathetic. No communication with their clients whatsoever. Just pitch up whenever suits them. Has no sense of urgency and always have excuses of why the job cant be completed. Just TERRIBLE! Read all their reviews on HelloPeter - company reputation speaks for itself.

Very disappointed. Although arriving on time they did not have the right tooling to complete the job. I provided the tooling and was told the element to our geyser needed replacing. It was not disclosed to me that it was not replaced until I asked for the old one back and was told it was a loose wire. They had to come back later to reace the element.
