The only downside is that there are no taxis next to this complex, you need yo walk about 10 or 12 minutes to get taxis to the mall. You get taxis next to Spar or SAICE offices... apart from the taxis, the complex itself is very good, also play areas for kids and braai areas for adults

So family friendly

If you asked me a year ago about this place, I would have recommended it without a doubt. But lately it has become unpleasant to stay here. Loud noise. Pest. Gosh dont get me started on the pest issues. Regardless of how many times weve requested to have the place fumigated, it just doesnt happen. I would never ever recommend you to waste your money here.

New tenant.1. Pest control is needed before new tenants occupy your apartments, flats are attacked by Cokrocheas.2. Communication- management lacks good interpersonal communication with its tenants, some rules are only known by old tenants and security that choose to tell us of rules when we do what is not supposed to be done. Try to have announcements boards at the entrance if you cant afford to send emails and smss to your tenants.3. Other tenants play music so loud that youd swear they are the only tenants in the whole 10 block yard, it sucks as some people work at home and are students.4. Most tenants have children, and they run down the corridors, which I dont mind, but management and security must have time limits, at least let children to be indoors by 5pm and focus on school work (parents must also take responsibility)5. Above all, its a nice place to stay, I wish you considered installation of lifts, your apartment are not user friendly for heavy stuff and people with disabilities.

Horrible place to stay!! People making noise every day and screaming at each other till early in the morning. Loud music. If you want a peaceful place to stay this is not the place for you!!

New development but if you are looking to move here and hope you are going to have a quiet stay, think again, the people here are extremely loud in the corridors, also if you like children running though your ground floor apartments garden and upperfloor apartment users cigarette buds on your tiny lawn aria then this place is for you... Wink...Otherwise the outside gym is great and security is always helpful... But its still a new development so hopefully these problems will be sorted out soon...

Reliable service

This an enclosed group of flats with a security personnel. Its located in Centurion before you cross the river to Centurion Shopping place. There are about 10 blocks of flats grouped like town houses. The quality of the flats is equivalent to 3 stars. Its about 5 minutes drive from Gautrain Station and from the main shopping place.

Neat and tidy

If you a looking for a place to stay that is affordable, this right here will work. However be prepared to deal with ridiculously high water bills that cannot be explained to you. Constant emails reminding you of how lucky you are to be staying there and that the owners who ever they are, have literally saved your life by allowing you to stay at their premises, is something you can handle,then go for it. The drains are always blocked and causing an unbearable stench (according to the owners it is always the fault of the tenants and the owners may in future refuse to fix it as somehow its the tenants fault) even though quite clearly there is a general.problem with the plumbing in that block. The whole property is not properly managed there are high noise levels, traffic control inside the property is a joke and be prepared to endure parties that start as early as Thursday evening and end of Sundays.The WiFi is super fast and something to write home about.
