I have to say I enjoy living here, but there seems to be an issue with the electricity and water billing. I live alone and my electricity is R1500.00 per month. Ill be giving my attorney instructions to investigate the matter as it seems I receive no response from the billing company.

A bit too busy for my liking. Noise is definitely an issue here.

As a tenant, the complex itself is well maintained and an okay place to live. The good is undone by the utilities company that handles the billing for Water and Electricity (RMS Utilities) - who sometimes deduct double the amount reflected on your daily utilities statement. They also take a percentage of any amount you credit to your account. If being ripped off causes you sleepless nights, stay away.

Nice apartments but kitchen is too small, not enough cupboard space

Overally the apartments are ok but the main problem is their utilities are way too high they cant bill per apartment they charge times 2 electricity charge is guess work and ridiculous. The management dont have their tenants interest at heart as they never address issues of billing forwarded to them.

I will advise if you are looking for a place to stay for few years do not consider diehowe towers👎👎👎👎You will spend around 3k for water and electricity and when you complain to ismart metering they review and remove R50, it does not mater whether you cook or not! Available or not! You will have a huge bill come month end, again during the month you will be ask to top up😀MnT do not want to do prepaid metering! So stay there at your own risk!...

Close to schools, shopping malls and the Gautrain Station. Complex is secure. Inconsistent billing for water and electricity so you regularly experience bill shocks. MnT provide little to no assistance or plausible explanations with regards to how they bill tenants.

Beautiful complex, had a few issues with wifi and fingerprints but speedy response from Edith, Natasha is extremely helpful aswell as Bongi and the caretaker Henry, such a peaceful place with great views, highly recommended.

👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿Daylight robbery..if you want to pay ridiculous amounts for water and electricity stay there..you pay for other people’s consumption. They just close their eyes and bill you thousands per month whether you stay alone or not, they don’t even take their tenants complaints seriously.👎🏿

Very nice secured place (it has finger print scanner at the security entrance and also at the block entrance).Nice swimming pool.Spacious for car parking.

Security looks tight but very inconveniencing really. Looks clean, nice clubhouse and pool area. Ample parking.

I am not pleased with the fact that the lease did not clearly outline that each apartment at Die Howes Towers is not billed based on the amount of water each apartment uses, the bill has to be shared among tenants regardless of how much water was used.South Africa is a country facing drought and water shortage issues, installing meters at each apartment would help to reduce the amount of water used. This shows that M&T Development does not care about the water shortage crisis we face as a country. It is my view that M&T Development did this in order to save costs, and such behaviour is unethical.M&T development is stealing from tenants by making them pay for services that they do not make use of.

Best place to go stay, tight security as well. Friendly residents too
