Be aware that their packages come with a whole lot of terms and conditions that they do not state upfront. I bought the package that promised 500 email accounts and multiple websites. I put three websites up and when I tried to set up email accounts I could only set up one email address per website that wasnt the main website. Nowhere do they tell you this and then they try to charge you more per month to have more email addresses. As you can see on the image I posted they have little information things that stipulate limitations. They do not have one for emails.

The billings team misguides you on which package will help cover ALL your data needs. You take on a new package based on their advise and then they slap you with another massive bill of thousands of rands the following month as opposed to the R489 package they advised you to upgrade to and get you on semantics. If you are small business you may regret using their services and get a bill you cant afford - Go to Afrihost

This company does everything brilliantly but one thing they do so badly that it robs them of the other fours stars they would have had.Clients cannot create their own sub-domains anymore, an internal policy change following bad security management.Now it requires an email request which is bad enough but this request, which contains all the information needed to action, is followed by an inane list of questions that either duplicate or contradict each other. Ive even spoken to management about cleaning this up or giving us an online form so that we dont have to go through this email ping pong every time.Important work is always held up by this. For a company that pays such fantastic attention to detail generally to create such a poor process and constant frustration is puzzling.

One of the best data centres Ive ever visited. Neat, clean and designed in such a way that caters for quick visits. Access control just works perfect. Takes me 3mins from the main gate to our cabinet. Compared to other data centres this is amazing. Dropping servers or other equipment is a breeze as well.Cabinets are well designed, sturdy and well ventilated. Something about this DC just works, perfectly. Well done Hetzner, ag I mean Xneelo
