The Kulani ICT Solutions team gave me excellent service.It is rare to find these days that a company responds immediately to e-mails, even in the evening.They went above and beyond, never once making me feel like a nuisance for asking what seems like a million questions.They even went so far to double check the warranty on the laptop I was interested in with Dell to give me peace of mind.To top it all off, when the courier service was unavailable due to unrest, they even offered to send a technician to deliver my new laptop although I am located in another town.Truly extraordinary service delivery.Well done, guys!!!
