If you are looking for a quick turn around time, then this might not be the place for you (remember you will pay a premium for it). The HP store in Menlyn referred me to another company that was going to charge me R3k to put in a R250 part...if you are looking for competent people with a really affordable service, then I will recommend DualZone. They fixed the main issue (charging port) and serviced my fan and fixed the charger as well.I just rated them a bit low because getting feedback was quite cumbersome. They have an automated ticket system that sends emails on the status. That should be sufficient, but I was desperate to get my machine back, so I tried to find out the status a bit too often. Ill definitely use them again over any other IT service organisation.

Disgusted by the non service. took my xbox one for repair, I was told it was unrepairable and paid the charge. when i got home I opened the xbox myself to remove the game in there to discover they had not even opened it to try and repair it!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

My laptop was sent to Dual Zone for a noisy fan to be replaced. They decided to also reinstall windows and completely format my hard drive for no apparent reason without asking me if they can do this. I have lost all my data. In addition to this, the speakers do not work, the light under the power button does not light up and the left ctrl button is faulty. I had about R10 000 worth of music which I had purchased on this laptop and it is all gone.STAY AWAY.

Its not there anymore. It would have been nice to know that before embarking on such a journey that long
