Purchased a pair of Guess ladies sandals in January 2017 of which 2 of the diamante / crystals has fallen out. I paid R599.00 and feel this is unacceptable & for this brand this should not happen. Will Guess replace the shoes if I dont have the slip?

I bought a jean from Guess Centurion. They put the transaction through twice on my credit card and I’ve tried several times to phone them but they don’t answer their phone!
