I Recently a cell phone case from Cell Time. I was amazed at the level of customer service and communication from this merchant - what a pleasure. I would have given a higher rating if one was available. Remember people, support your local merchant instead of the big corporations - the local merchants care, the corporations dont.

Bought a screen protector for a Huawei p40 pro and waited almost 8 days for delivery, then the product arrived. It was terrible quality to say the least. I paid R400 for a piece of junk that didnt even seal properly, i struggled for an hour to get the bubbles out but they keep coming back.I want my money back!!

Very helpful service and this shop has a wide variety of items. From electronics to security and advise regarding any item they sell. If you have a problem with a product they will test it and replace it if it is faulty. This shop is well worth visiting there is another one at Raslouw lifestule center. They tend to be busy as peopme have realised what a gem these two shops are. They save you money by avoiding the cell phone shops. Client satisfaction is definitely important and they do an excelent job. If its putting on glass on your phone they will do the best job ever and if they are not happy with the quality they will do it again or provide you with a backup. Thank you for your service.
