What a great experience. My enquiry was addressed quickly and the booking process was easy. The jumping castle was delivered on Friday and on Saturday morning when we tested it, the motor it was faulty. I immediately called Cara and within an hour a new motor was delivered. The kids had tons of fun and we will surely make use of All about castles agsin.again.

I wanted to rent a Jumping castle for my little girls birthday party well in advance (for the 22nd May) I requested to rent the little miss jumping castles, she gave me a form yesterday, I sent her a message today saying I did not forget about them and will send the form & pay in full so they have me booked.She then said the jumping castle is booked, but yesterday it was still available. They did not even bother to phone me saying that someone is interested in the same jumping castle please pay now. Then I would have paid... Thay did not even give a notice , nothing. Im not mad that the jumping castle is booked, Im disappointed that no one bothered to tell me that someone else is interested in the same jumping castle (when I request it first)
