I ordered a book from kraal uitgewers ,which I have not received as yet, nobody answers the phone or responds to emails - very bad service

A little disappointing. KRAAL Publishers mainly concentrates on publishing historical information about Afrikaans and its rich past, but does not necessarily promote current and future-oriented contributions that are currently made in Afrikaans.

I have already ordered two books on 1 December 2020 and to this day, 17 December 2020, have not received anything. Addressed several email inquiries and received no response. Telephonically, only a message can be left unanswered. The distance between Kloofsig and Van Riebeeckpark is only 30 km. Has now reached the situation that Kraal Publishers has to repay the full amount. I agree with a previous author that the service is not up to par. Yours sincerely, Izak Conje.
