I purchased these products with the information given to me that they were a reliable store however I’ve used my cape that my wife purchased twice and it broke at the seems the brush I purchased falls apart on my client and I’ve only used it once I took it back this morning and get told there is only a 7 day return policy why I’m the hell was my wife and I not told this in person ? We’re we to ask ? 😂that’s ridiculous not to mention I have my invoices and nothing on there about a return policy this was terrible service as well and the products are so cheaply made R80 for a brush that falls apart after once use ? Not to mention the in store sale woman literally told me to sow it back together 😂so so so unhappy with this place I’d recommend take pride in you’re business and stop trying to make a quick buck out of people

Do not buy anything from them. I bought the beds last year, but stored them (still in their boxes unassembled) to finish off building the spa. We unpacked and started using them 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks later. BROKEN. What are the odds 5 out of the 9 beds broken and the others started with cracking noises. And what do they say... Sorry it is only under guarantee for 6 months. Who buys a bed of over R5000 to last only for 6 months. What is shocking to me is that they know these beds are duds, but are still selling them.Very disappointed.....

They sell fake products especially mirror station. I purchased one and it fell apart almost immediately I set it up without using. I have contacted them for over 2 months now since then and there has been no response. After sales service is terrible and I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase from them.
