I had my car serviced here this week. I was blown away!!! I dont think I have ever seen a workshop so clean, it smelt so clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and professional!! Wheel balancing and alignment were done as a complimentary addition. My car drove like a dream afterwards. I can only have good things to say about this branch. Well done to them!! Well worth the visit!!

My cars brakes where screaming at me. arrived there at 11:30 explained the situation, they put the car up and assessed and called me over to have a look at the brake pads and took the time to explain to me. needed all 4 pads done. was worried but there quotation was very affordable. was happy to proceed. was phoned twice with updates. and my car was ready for collection by 3pm. they also gave me advise on other car issues and checked various things for me at no cost. amazing well knowledgable people. do yourself a favour - if there’s something wrong with you car. go here.

Great service. Rebalanced my cars tires and did the wheel alignment at a very affordable rate within an hour. The waiting area is also very comfortable and the coffee is 👌👌👌

I was disappointed at first thought it took a bit longer than expected. But then they told me that I had a couple of issues with loose nuts on the suspension and this took a lot longer to make sure everything is fastened and safe.Owner phoned me the next day and explained why everything was a bit slow. What a great guy. Sorry for any inconvenience caused guys. I will definitely be back.

Who to prioritize? The client in store client, or the client that calls while youre busy with the in-store client? Tricky one.Doesnt become too tricky when the call takes more than 4 minutes while the in-store client waits.Unimpressed with service.

What an experiance, took my Prado in for alignment and noticed that they are RMI certified , John and Maarten advised me that they can service my vehicle as it was due for service. Staff do not wear masks, I could not get coffee there was staff standing at the coffee machine all the time also not wearing masks One person was allocated to do my vehicle I had to ask other staff to assist this person instead of standing around doing nothing

Look, you go to a tyre dealer to get tyres.They had the tyres I was looking for, it was normally priced, I did not have to wait, service was prompt and they were friendly.All in all I was satisfied.

The absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Waiting over a month for a quote ,I call them back, get a quote, wait a few days for them to get way overpriced parts (I got a quote on the parts after for more than half of what they charged)then I gave the car in, had that fixed on the quote, and a good bunch extra, R10500 and 3 days later I get the car back in a much worse condition than before. The 10500 included a part which they broke and even had the audacity to charge labour. Daylight robbery at its best. Cigarette buts in the car, a wiper that was destroyed (they were supposed to actually change a CV and two new shocks).... Disgusting how they drained as much as they could from me. I am still going to take this car to see what all was actually done and what they broke to make it basically almost impossible to drive. Far worse than before. Avoid this company at all cost!!
