I try to stay as far away from bank branches in general. The few occasions that I do need to go and do something in-branch, it is always a frustration. There are usually long queues, and even simple things such as just collecting a card easily takes up more than an hour.

I had to collect my nww debit card. 6 counters to serve clients with only 3 open and working? Recd ticket indicating approx 5min waiting time. 22mins later still no action.Left without my card.

Piss poor service delivery. Teller throwing accusations to me. 11:50, teller 2, 16/4/2021

Slow. Incompetent.The atm swallowed my card because it was doing a random backup. I went there to get a new card, because off what happened. I asked them not to charge me for a new card because the machine was faulty not my card. They agreed.I still had to come back today to have a payment reversed because they still took money for that card.They took my money and wasted my time twice.I will be transferring to a new bank.Im not even going to talk about banking costs. R8 to take cash from a ATM. R120 for a new card. Africas first bank is clearly the most expensive aswell.

The services was quick and efficient! Friendly staff too. Besides that, the guy next to me at the counter didnt know its his bday today, so the teller declared that to everyone in the store, then we said we need to sing for him. The entire FNB and clients sang for him. 💚 This is next level service lol!

Worst branch by far, avoid at all costs. Customer service none existant, branch manager even less worried. Pathetic

Almost every time its a struggle to just get the most basic of banking services. And then when you finally get some help, you have to sit and listen to 2 employees not busy helping people5 because theyre having a big fight. Great job FNB

How can an institution like a bank list a branch land line telephone number that does not exist. How do I call this branch?

If there was a -2 rating I would gladly say -5... after 4 months of struggling i still havent sorted my account. Hope the Chinese purchase Fnb and all of you sit without jobs because you yes you doesnt mean anything

Avoid this fnb branch if you can, very poor service. The waiting area is packed and the manager is not bothered. Even the consultant s do not look motivated to their job. I was there to open a business account ticket number 93, 01 march 2018

Good service

Opened a bank account for my son.They said 3 business days for him to collect his card.Then delivered the card to gis mother, that has no account, at a different address in a different city. And weve been struggling for weeks to get the card.. whats all the Did a docs for if they send it to someone else.. even if the mother. Shes not even in the same city!

Horrible and frustrating experience! I have been trying to get your service centre (number 5) on the menu when i called 4 times just to get someone to answer a simple question. why are people not at their phones and it just keeps om ringing? This is at the Saxby FNB branch.
